Unbox is the only video download service to offer
DVD-quality videos and the Unbox RemoteLoad™ feature,
which allows customers to buy from one PC and download to another.
Unbox customers can also stream their Unbox videos to their
Microsoft Xbox 360 console to watch on their TV, or view these
videos on compatible portable players.
Amazon.com customers can purchase and rent videos
from the Unbox store on the Amazon.com web site, and choose
to download their videos to any Windows-compatible computer
on which they've installed the Unbox video player. Customers
may start watching a download before it is complete.
Unbox Titles Now Available to TiVo Subscribers
Amazon.com recently announced “Amazon Unbox on TiVo,” a service feature
that provides TiVo subscribers with the ability to rent and purchase videos at
Amazon Unbox and download them directly to their TiVo's "Now Playing List" to
enjoy on their TV. This means that in addition
to PCs and portable devices, your Unbox titles are now available to download
to TiVo customers.
