Simply Strong -
the first in the series, is Integrated Functional Strength,
based on Reebok Final Cuts.
Simply Circuit -
Gin loves the circuit format and because Circuit
Challenge was
unavailable for several years (it's out on DVD now),
she just had to do something like Circuit Challenge - her personal
fav of all her Reebok
Classic workouts. But it's not the exact same
workout - unlike Challenge, Simply uses both step and floor aerobics
in the circuit.
Simply Endurance - Gin likes to seriously work
out, but still be smart about it... in periodizing her own
classes, she developed this format which uses light weights,
high reps, and little rest.
Simply Step - With
step becoming quite complicated over the years, the result was
a huge gap between the Reebok Classics, made when Step first
began, and the newer, faster, dancy step that had evolved over
the years. People who wanted simplicity and intensity had
few choices, so Gin came up with Simply Step for an update on
today's version of vertical step training.
