This DVD is primarily geared toward instructors
teaching Ramping-Up Creative Choreography.
The first section is "Combinations as Progressions" and
runs continuously for 43 minutes, ending with a cooldown and
stretch. Each combination is chaptered with a slate featuring
the written choreography, however the music (which is great)
continues to play, allowing for rhytmic movement during the slates.
This section shows how to actually teach the seven creative combinations
and could be done as a workout.
The second section is "All Combinations Linked
Together" which runs 5 minutes. This demonstrates how the
final sequence of combinations runs once you have taught the
progressions. This segment is shot from Gin's knees down to show
the actual foot patterns as she cues the movements one right
after the other. This is actually a fun challenge in following
Gin's cues - somewhat of a test to see how well you learned the
combinations!
The third listing in the menu allows you to quickly
jump to each of the 7 combination chapters in the Progressions
section.
