Instructor Choreography Videos are designed to assist
instructors in learning to teach different class formats
and concepts. These titles were orginally produced
to supplement educational workshops, therefore they
are referred to as "handouts on video". However,
some of these titles may also be used as home workouts.

Gin's Intense Moves 2
Instructor Handout on Video
Following the success of Gin's Reebok video, Intense
Moves, instructors begged for new ideas
for their interval step classes.
This educational video introduces a different
approach to formatting your interval step classes.
Gin explains the difference between aerobic and
anaerobic intervals, then demonstrates how to
put together a class using both types.
She begins with multi-skill combinations and,
as intensity increases, the combinations reduce
to double and single skill movements performed
at the peak of the class. Then the intensity
decreases as the number of skills increase again.
IM2 is formatted with slates in between the
cycles that include the recommended ratio and
movements. It is not timed true to the ratios,
but instructors who have bought it have raved!

Progressive Conditioning Workshop Activity
This video demonstrates the progressions
of a full 90 minute strength class from Isolation
into Integration.
Equipment options:
Reebok
Step Platform (recommended height - 8 to
10 inches), dumbbells (lighter and heavier) weighted
bar or dowel, knuckle irons and ankle Irons,
and a mat or towel to protect the knees.
PART 1: begins with
the dynamic movement used to prepare for the
workout, gradually warming all the muscle groups.
Isolation segment: how
to teach appropriate isolated strength movements,
with a focus on proper technique. (It is recommended
that isolated movements be mastered with correct
form and technique prior to advancing to the
integrated patterns.)
PART 2: Integrated strength activity
of the Reebok Final Cuts program. Gin demonstrates
how to teach the upper and lower body movement
patterns, combine them together, layering the
progressions to suit a variety of levels.
