Bella Strength™ #1 DVD* is the first release in a new series of group strength Class Ready Workouts™ by Gin Miller. If you are ready to update your group strength classes to attract new participants, sample this new system of Class Ready Workouts™ programming.

Bella Strength™ is uniquely designed for beginner/intermediate participant success. Using a plate loaded barbell, dumbbells, a step/platform, and mat, this 60 minute strength workout uses more muscles in a variety of ways.

Accommodating all fitness levels, progressive options are offered for each exercise – hard, harder, and hardest. The exercises are performed 3 times with the first set teaching the exercise, and the second and third sets working the exercise. Participants will be motivated by a successful workout at their fitness level and progressing at their own pace.

This workout is voice cued by Gin and demonstrated by Suzanne and Kelley and it is a complete workout that can be done at home.

This title has been duplicated with a glass master to provide highest degree of DVD-Compatibility.
