Information Collected
Registration is provided as a convenience for our many
regular customers and is not required to complete your order. If you
opt to register with us, your private information will be maintained
on our 128bit secure server, allowing you to quickly process future
orders.
When you process an order without registration, we will
collect (over a secure server) personal information from you such as
your name, e-mail address, billing address, shipping address, telephone
number, product selections, and credit card information for the purpose
of processing your order.
Your personal infromation is provided to us by
a SSL (128 bit Secure Socket Layer) server provided by Verio.com. with

Our computer system protects personal information
using advanced firewall technology. Your information may be stored
in our secure server database for a period of 3 to 4 months in order
to efficiently handle any issues that may arise related to your order.
Any printed versions of personal and confidential information are thoroughly
cross-shredded prior to disposal.
The database is downloaded from the server quarterly,
credit card information is deleted and your mailing and email addresses
are retained for possible future promotional purposes for this site.
We may also collect from our server (Verio)
and search feature provider information to help
us determine what is of primary interest to the people who visit this
site. This information includes, your browser type, the pages of our
site that were viewed during a visit, and any search terms that you
entered on our site.
The Live Person Icon also provides real
time information on site navigation, server info - IP address, browser
type, search engine or other site referrals, time spent per page, total
number of pages visited, and if you have visited with us before. It
is primarily for offering real time customer service and information
is viewed only in actual time and it is not collected.

How Information is Used
We use customer information we collect for the
purposes of filling orders, contacting purchasers to inform them of
their order status, sending promotional information, enhancing the
operation of our site, for statistical purposes and to administer our
systems.
We are not currently using any third parties to
help us fulfill orders other than standardized secure bank transactions
for payment processing. The only exception is our heavier products
(such as Body Bars) which are shipped direct from the manufacturer
in order to provide the lowest possible price. However, we handle the
transaction directly and do not provide your credit card information
to the distributor, only your shipping address.
Your information will never be requested or sent,
nor should you ever send, confidential information like credit card
information by email.

Cookies are currently being used by our
site, which allow items to remain in your shopping cart, our store
if you registered with us, and within our Forums. This
enables the store and forums database to 'remember' you each time you
visit. However, you can elect not to register in our store and select
to log in each time you visit the forums in order to eliminate
cookies.

Mailing Lists - We provide all visitors
to the site the opportunity to "opt in" to our mailing
list, which is generally sent out once a month, but occasionally on
a more frequent basis.
Email addresses collected from our on line store
database will be included in our newsletter mailing list, however you
are given the opportunity to "opt out", be removed
or unsubscribe, from this list at any time.
Our newsletter mailings are handled by a software
program which sends out text version emails
without allowing others to see your address. On occasion, we will send
html versions of our newsletters.
