Order Processing
Orders received before 2 PM are shipped on the
same day. Afternoon
orders are shipped the first thing the next day. After 2 PM
Friday, and all orders received over the weekend are shipped Monday
mornings. Mail orders are processed the first business
day after they are received.

Return Policy
Copyrighted Materials: Videos, DVDs and Music -
Opened DVDs or video tapes cannot
be returned unless the item is found to be defective. We
will be happy to replace any defects.
Because these materials are easily reproduced,
we generally do not accept returns on these items.
While that is our general policy, feel free to write us if you are
completely unsatisfied.
In special circumstances we will consider
returns for a refund of the cost of product only - shipping and handling
fees excluded.
If
you wish to report a lost package, make an order correction of return an item, please login to your account thru the ginmillerdvds.com store and submit a request thru the RMA feature. You will receive and RMA # along with instructions on how to proceed with a return/replacement/exchange.

Digital Downloads Policy
For copyright reasons, refunds for digital downloads
are only given in the event of a failed download. Keys are generally
sent upon manual credit card processing during regular business hours:
M-F, 9-5 est.
You download key will arrive as a clickable link in an
email. You will have 3 days and 3 tries to obtain your download.
If you have exceeded your download tries, contact
us and we will reissue a new key to download.
By downloading our clips, you agree to not violate copyright
by sharing these clips in any way. Please share clips you find of value
by referring your friends to our site. This will enable us to continue
producing clips!

General Merchandise
We cannot handle returns for merchandise purchased
from other retailers. While Gin's name may be associated
with many of the products, we are not necessarily the actual manufacturers
or distributors of these products. Returns for purchases at
other retailers should be handled directly with the store of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with any of our other products,
you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please email the GMF
Store with a note explanation stating the reason for your return
prior to shipping the return.

Product Catalog & Retail Store Info
The Gin Miller store is exclusively an on-line business,
therefore we do not print and mail a catalog of our products. Please
sign up for our newsletter to receive
notice of new products and videos added to our store.
Retail Store Info - many
of the items we carry are not available in retail stores, including
Gin's more recent workouts. We are retailers of most of the other products,
including the Reebok products and Gin's video titles, therefore we
are unable to provide information on retail stores that might carry
these items.
