About Our Store
Our site offers "in-site" shopping using
the quick pop-up menu provided in the left column. Most of the product
information, including preview clips and photos, can be found on our
regular site pages. If you prefer, you can also shop in our shopsite
store.
General Store Security
The GMF store processes your order on a secure socket
layer (SSL), hosted by Verio. All personal
and credit card information is encrypted and sent over our secure server.
The shopping pages, both in site, and in
the standard shopsite
store interface are nonsecure, but when
you select checkout, you will be taken to the secure
pages where a lock will appear in your browser window indicating
that it is safe to process your confidential information.
Should you opt to return to shopping, depending on
your browser's settings, you may receive a warning indicating that
this site contains both
secure and nonsecure pages. There is no cause for concern
as any personal information you have entered is done on our secure
server.

Payments and Order Processing
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover.
You will receive an order confirmation via email. Please
retain the order information for your records and in the event that
you need to inquire about your order's status.
Orders are manually
processed within 24 business hours. You will be notified upon
payment processing of any problems with processing your card.
Orders received before 2 PM are generally shipped on
the same day. Afternoon
orders are shipped the first thing the next day business day. After
2 PM Friday, and all orders received over the weekend are shipped Monday
mornings. Fax
and mail orders are processed the first business day after they are
received.

International Orders
We are pleased to offer service to most countries around
the world. If your country is not listed
in our destination list when you order, please contact us to inquire
about shipping to your location.
Payments are accepted in US dollars,
via credit card only.
Exceptions - large and heavy
items, such as barbells and steps, are cost prohibitive to ship overseas
and outside the continental US.
DVD's - Titles are multi-region,
duplicated with a glass-master for maximum compatibility and will play
in most foreign systems.
European
format PAL format is still available on
a few videos. Please make sure to order from the PAL Format exercise
video page.

Canada Orders
Orders to Canada are shipped Global Priority Mail and
generally arrive in a week to ten business days but times may vary depending
on destination.
Step Platforms can be shipped to most Canadian provinces
via USPS for a fee of $35. Please email
us if you would like more info.
Please
note that there have been delays shipments to Canada and allow for
a minimum of 2 weeks delivery.
Custom forms are completed with the
actual cost of the merchandise - shipping fee excluded.

Gift Certificates
Select the link below to add the certificate to your
cart.
Complete the form provided to have your gift certificate
either emailed direct to the recipient or printed and mailed.
Select any value between $10.00 and $100.00 in $10.00
increments, by using the drop down menu.
Type your message to the recipent - 200 words or less.
There is a small fee for printed certificates to be mailed.
To send the certificate direct to your recipient, please provide their
mailing address in the ship to field during check out.
If more than one recipient is desired for multilple certificates,
enter additional names, addresses and or messages in the special instructions
box provided.
Email delivery is free, but there's a $1.50 charge for
printing and mailing certificates.
Policy -
Gift certificate purchases are maintained in our secure
database for redemption by the recipient only and are not transferable
in whole or in part.
Any unused amounts will remain as a store credit for
a period of up to a year from the date of certificate purchase.
No cash refunds, checks or direct credits to bankcards
for unused amounts will be issued to either the purchaser or the recipient.
