Bella Bar - Adjustable Weight Bar
Offering a cardio and resistance training
in the same workout, the kit comes with Bella
Strength #1 DVD, a workout designed by Gin. The adjustable
bar system can be used for a full body workout taking
each major muscle group to fatigue while increasing
heart rate.
The economical system features virgin
rubber coated plates to protect floors and reduce
noise.
Weight set contains (1) standard 48" long
steel bar with durable PVC coated group, (2) 10 lb.,
(2) 5 lb., and (2) 2.5 lb. virgin coated plates and
one pair of spring collars or screw on flywheels.
