Step Choreography
Tara Grizzle has been teaching group fitness classes
for over 13+ years. She started exercising in high school
and worked at a local gym while in college. She was talked into
taking a class on how to instruct group fitness classes
by a couple of friends and loves to teach advanced step classes,
specializing in 32-count tapless choreography. She also teaches
urban rebounding, hi/lo impact aerobics and strength classes.

All combos are 32 count self reversing,
tapless choreography.
