Gin Miller's Bio
In the late 80's, Gin Miller created Step
Training. Gin's innovation, persistence and leadership paved the
way for the most significant fitness phenomena of the last century.
Her concepts and creativity laid the foundation "step aerobics",
earning her the worldwide reputation as a preeminent fitness program
creator and exercise professional.
In the early 90's, Gin traveled extensively to introduce step training to the
world. And today, step training continues as a mainstay group exercise program
in 97% of health clubs in the U.S. and internationally. Now having more than
a decade of experience in all aspects of fitness, Gin realized that a new cardio
program was needed that would appeal to an aging population, attract newcomers
to exercise, and still deliver benefits to seasoned fitness participants.
Gin Miller's blueprint for success is
due in large part to her constant quest for something new and her ability
to communicate. A leading presenter at fitness conferences, a favorite
with health editors, a welcomed guest on TV talk shows, Gin has the
gift to make fitness fun and motivate all to participate.
