8 Simple Diet Tips

and Sugar Busters to South Beach and more, Gin gives you her
own 8 simple tips that are commonly found in most diet books.*
Drink at least 8 - 8 oz. glasses of
water a day
8 hours of sleep per day
Eat protein and produce with every meal. 1
serving of protein and 3 servings of produce - anything that
grows.
Eat 4 smaller meals a day.
Eat whole foods and whole grains.
Avoid sticky, doughy, pasty white carbs.
Avoid caffeine.
Cut refined sugar
