Gin's 4X4 Diet

Not exactly a "weight loss diet", this is simple, healthy approach that has made a significant difference for Gin who's looks better than ever.

Everyone wants to know, "What's her secret?"

Gin, who is a young 52 with a "real" age of 42 (she talks on the phone when she drives, thus skewing score!), has read nearly every diet book ever written. She's not a nutritionist, but this is what works for her - as a physically active individual who exercises a minimum of an hour every day.

Several years ago, she came up with her simple 8 diet tips, and has further refined her approach to eat 4 hours apart, 4 times a day, 4 P's & 4 colors.
